Good luck on the job interview, I am thankful I am not in that position, sometimes think about switching jobs but going through the interview process sure makes me like my current job a bit more than the hunt. But they say better to look for a job while you still have one and our business is really slowing down every quarter seems like a reduction of the workforce and people who leave are not being replaced.

TO hope the pipes hold they made it through the last freeze, don't think this one will be as bad... crossing everything I can cross at the moment...

Jim, glad you did not take the "ho" joke badly... and I am hoping to give the roll recipe a try this weekend, but I have a question... You broke off the dough into smaller pieces, you don't roll it out and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar cut it and then let rise double, but do each roll separate? Didn't understand that part.

Went to doctor for a zit, pimple, boil on the bridge of my nose right where my glasses sit this morning. Funniest excuse ever when explaining to boss I am not coming it because I have a zit and I am 59 years old. So anyway tear duct is all swollen shut and my sinuses are bugging me on that side, but hopeful the pills will work I do not want to go in and get an iv... darned little strep and staph buggers. Pharmacist yucked it up and said better there then the tip of my nose for everyone to see, lucky for him I am in a good mood

It was 5:00 and a break in the football action, went to shut the ladies inside and they were still outside, maybe the days really are getting longer...

Back to work now, don't want to be on the next reduction list!
we have been using the HO joke around here for a long time.. no problem, there..

for the cinnamon rolls, I roll the dough into a more or less rectangle and sprinkle the cinnamon all over it except for a small strip along one edge.. then I roll the dough into a tube shape and wet the raw edge of the dough.. then I pinch it all along the wet edge to seal the "loaf" ..then I cut the loaf into 3 equal pieces,,, and then cut each of those pieces into 5 equal pieces and line them into a cake pan,,, 3 x 5 ..

then I let them rise for about 45 minutes and then bake..

Thanks all!

Arm is MUCH better than it was yesterday, I am hoping my suit jacket kept the blown blood vessel in my wrist hidden. I have almost 100% full function, but I can still detect some swelling.

Talk about trial by fire! I was interviewed by four different people in approximately 45 minute intervals. I was only able to eat a couple of pieces of string cheese before I left, so by the end I was hoping my stomach would not start growling..... They are interviewing 6 people for 2 positions, so I have a 1:3 chance of landing a job. And of course I could not find the visitor parking spaces, so I ended up with a parking ticket. I have contacted my recruiter and let them know about it. I do not mind the interview process so much, probably because I have gone through it far too often!

So it is time for me to sit and be stupid for a while, and get something to eat (and a glass or two of wine)....

Congrats on the puppies Jim!

Jim, how exciting!! Congratulations :)
Bbl4, glad you are healing quickly. And wow on that looong interview.
We will soon be lloking to find places for some of the chickies. I would like to concentrate on the blrw, sl, and lb. Wont be enough room for all of this growing out!
Del, we got 2 sl eggs this week. Both infertile. Those boys will never learn! Lol good luck with the hatch you have started!
