I have owned MANY horses I hope he is not crype this means the his testies have not desended and in order to have him gelded it will be an expensive surgery almost 1000 a testie, but they just could have not dropped yet. Also he does need shots when the vet comes it is a mandatory thing to have a coggins test done so your horse to even leave your property, also they need a 5 in 1 shot this contains eastern, western, rhino, flu, and tetanus. Also do you have a farrier for your little guy? I know a great one and she is cheap 25 bucks a horse and I think she travels!

Also I am going to be going to collage for 13 years to specialize in equine vet science. The job is in high demand and ill make over 60 k a year so I'm hoping I can run a rescue!

Cookie is doing well..
She is getting a bit too confident and chasing chickens..Today I had to disipline her. I was not a happy camper.
She does understand *leave it* and obeys..but it lasts for 5 seconds. She loves her chickens..and now is fasinated with pulling feathers.

Forgot who asked abput selling chicks. But most cross chicks I see on cl go for $3 ish. As far as straw goes, have you checked cl? If you need, our guy is great. And he is near waupun.
Bbl4, that is weird on the bee stings! Who in their right mind would do that purposefully? ! My poor kiddos were both stung in the lip last summer.

Hi del! Zeeek gave me a couple of his to borrow. And I found a roo right down the road from Davis lines! And I still have my one hen from Casied. They are penned together along with olive and olivette from Terri. So I am eggcited to see what we get!
Sounds like the hatches are going well. Sorry about Cookie. Today when I gor home, Scotts pup was hauling around Blakes kitten like a rag toy! I was tired and crabby. She got a little more discipline then needed. But I think it might last more than 5 seconds lol

From what I found he will not reach mature size until he is about three, so keep all the stuff you bought and the saddle since you will probably need it eventually. I also found out that his testes should drop by two to three years of age, so you have time yet.

Did the storm spotter training tonight. All set now for another two years.

So now that my OS is no longer supported, I have to go out and buy new? For ALL of these computers?!

I wish I had Mac's.......

One of my stupid roosters tore the sides open on one of my poor hens today.

They are all getting ejected from the coop tomorrow. She is all patched up and resting comfortably in her own private quarters until she is healed. I want to keep a close eye on it.

It's nice to be catching up with everyone again...although maybe from now on I should stay away. Everytime I hop on something weird/bad seems to happen out in the coop. I went out this morning and my daughter's Buff Brahma had somehow broken her neck in the chain link. Aargh, now we're down to just two birds. There's a swap coming up, though, right? Methinks I shall have some shopping to do.

Robin, I see you posted about 15 minutes ago wondering where I was.. I was reading 35 posts ..

I did pick up the new/different Blazer today.. got it all licensed and insured and gassed up..
I ran out of gas in the MVD parking lot.. I called the guy I bought it from and he brought me a can of gas..

I read so much, and had a few comments. CRS now..

I made a pot of chili for supper.. I don't know how I do it, but I keep making chili better each time .

I had 5 good inquiries about the 3 puppies I have left today.. I even asked the girl at the MVD if she was interested in a dog.. she said no, but another lady working there was looking for one.. so she called her over and I gave her my phone # and address ..

I don't want to sell the last female, but Annie said, sell her, so guess what brow beaten hen pecked husband is going to sell her ? I get no respect ...

I am tired tonight,, stayed up too late last night and got up too early this morning..

H & R how do people mess up an apartment so bad in such a short time ? we lived in this house for over 45 years and I have never replaced a door or had to repaint a wall or trim..

Mom had a duplex that I built for her .. in just one years time we had to replace 2 doors. pieces of siding .. clean up dirt inside that was unbelievable.. One midnight mover left the Christmas tree with some presents still under it..

It got too much for Mom so she sold it .
