Wisconsin "Cheeseheads"

cuties, is Chippewa Flowage, we go to to "Lake Chippewa Campground" is on Hwy CC east of hayward a few miles, about 18? this will be our 3rd year. went once prior to kids YEARS ago just the two of us, then last year marked the first "official" family vacation with all of us going. both my husband and I used to have camping as our summer vacation with our families when we were little, so is what our kids get too. :)

have a great cook out and swim, looks like awesome weather for it! summer is going by way to fast....

and I sympathize with all the dryer troubles out there, mine died too, doing line drying for the time being and my folks live up the road so utilizing theirs for towels upon occassion.... must be something in the air, my boss's washer just died last week...

All of you with washer and dryer troubles keep your hex away! I cannot afford to replace ours, and they are both over 20 years old! Thank goodness my DH has been able to keep them going this long!!!!

Checked on the baby duckling last night, he is growing like a weed! He has also figured out that Dad is a jerk and so try to keep Mom in the middle so you do not get nipped.

All three of us have passed Hunter Safety, and I plan on taking the CC class offered as well.

Right at the moment I have three possibles for employment, but of the three there is one that I would REALLY LOVE to land. It would be like working at the Willy Wonka chocolate factory..........

Packer Evening All.... even though it's pre season, it will still be fun to watch!

Yep, Connie I've tried that and it does work, however I just Can't sacrifice those tender kernels on the tip.I kinda like them.

Overkill here for the game....a 2" thick 3lb ham steak on the grill, with a couple cobs of corn and broccoli bacon salad....time to get back to grilling...later

good afternoon,, Packers at Tenn at 7 on channel 9 up here..

I trimmed trees today.. reclaimed a lot of lawn that has been neglected all summer..
I trimmed everything up to about 7 or 8 feet.. then mowed the high weeds ..

took before and after pictures.. I hope I can send them,, Will try on a separate post ..

the big chickens cannot jump over the gate because they cannot get into the nursery yard..
