Wisconsin "Cheeseheads"

This wind is nothing! I was in Chicago this morning! I thought my doors were going to get ripped off my car!

Hi All!

I didn't see the chickens out much at all. I think they were afraid of winding up in OZ! The wind even flipped the patio table (just plastic, but still...) the chairs were all over the place.

The local Boy Scout camp is selling wood for $50 a truck load.... we'll have to look into that today!

I know there was something else..... CRS

Night All!

I'm painting the doors of my kitchen cupboards with some of my chicken breeds. I still have 9 more to go.

Wood stove in and all cozy.

Got the front deck on just in time for the rain to come.

What an amazing job you have done Staci, and in such a short period of time. That is awesome. Atta girl!

I was taking pics of the birds a few days ago and this was just funny. One of my "shadows" looking for a handout.

Ended up being around the house most of the day. I try not to sleep when I get home from work Friday's at 6 otherwise I feel like my weekend is shorted so I was forcing myself to stay busy and work calls and asks me to work overtime tonite 10-6. Can't pAss it up! Chickens are still laying at 90%, couldn't be happier about that. Anyone ever get the plastic 3 gallon heated waterer from fleet and know how it performs?

Chicken Fry Friday...hard for me to say that, but after the annual broasted chicken fund raiser for camp, I was able to buy some leftover chicken, slaw and wedges....awful good warmed over tonight.
It was a good turnout...we served 328 hungry folks.

Great job Stacy....you have a lot of great talent.

core...I don't have one, but some have reported that it's a pain to refill and doesn't fit together as well as it should....while others have said it is easy to refill....buy one and give us your 2cents on it's easy peasy ability to refill. I didn't like it's flimsy plastic base to top.

Thanks for all the pics...fun to view them for sure!

Peace..bigz

Hi All!

Nice work Stacy!

I think I have to train the turkey to roost somewhere else. He goes on the chicken roost and no one wants to go near him so he takes up about 1/3 of the roost space.

Night All.
