No coffee since Saturday?! That's absolutely sad but hey I'll tell you I guarantee I've had enough for the both of us since then. I think I put away 2 pots at work last night alone. Wired I say. Wired.
 
I am really pushing it if I drink more than 2 cuppa's a day.

I like cherry, and strawberry, and raspberry crepes.
blueberry and apple in a pinch,
banana sounds like something I would like to mix in the batter.

do you remember those banana flips that (I think Hostess) used to make ? those were awesome. just a thin white cake folded over a thick white creme filling .

anybody looking for laying hens ? Annie wants to get rid of all of our chickens. they are all young first time layers, some have not even started yet. they will soon as it starts to warm up.. those are the Sagitta offspring.
the ones already laying are a mixture of breeds.

I do not remember the banana flips! I might have to see if I can find anything about them. There aren't too many desserts I don't enjoy... :)
We have enough laying chickens here. We will be growing out a few meat chickens this summer though.
 
Got a bit of cleaning to do. Have a guy stopping over for a quote for a new furnace. The one we got works but it's old and noisy and I think on it's last leg. Hoping it's not more than 5k about. Then a drug test and work on the pig pen. Nice busy day. Wish it was a tad warmer out tho that's for sure.

I was just wondering when you were picking up the piggies CW. How many are you getting? DH wants to raise some piggies, too. We'll see if that ever happens.

I am anxious to see if Ollie will start today. this is the first decent cold weather we had since I changed the tranny fluid.
5K for a furnace ? You don't have to replace all the pipes.

there is a good chance that some of these hens are going back to their original home. .

The drug test is for the new job silly. But I've seen some of the siht I've built and I swear you'd think I should have tested first lol. I'm gonna get 3 feeders from a place in tigerton I believe prolly in the next week or two. We're gonna put one in our freezer and split one between our moms. And the third is already sold to recoup a little cost and start the piggy fund for next spring. I'll be sure to post pictures as the situation fleshes itself. I get more excited every day.
 
Oh and about the furnace. It's just a boiler so I don't think it'll be that horrendous either. No pipes are being replaced or anything major. Jus the furnace and a couple zone switches and new thermostats
