Wisconsin "Cheeseheads"

Kristip. Premise ID is easy and takes about 10 mins online. There is no cost. I dont remember the exact website info but if you google Wi premise ID you'll find it.

another cold b out there. Hopefully we're on the track to spring pretty soon. Looking like it's actually gonna be normal temps after today. So much to do this weekend. Last night of third shift tonite then a long weekend and 6-2 starting Monday. Hoping working days gives me time and ambition to do some schooling at the tech. Idk what for but I may as well do something. Definitely don't wanna be a machinist in a factory forever but it definitely works for now. Yesterday was my last day of slaughter at the meat plant. Kinda sick sounding but I'll miss it. The boss is still gonna find me some hours there after 2 o'clock which is awesome.

good last of the bitter cold days morning,
Corey, I hope your new job works out better for you.
Now you will find out how normal people live.
My first job out of the service was in a bakery. 11PM to finish which was usually around 9AM.
I liked it. I would get done with work and then go hunting for a few hours. get to bed right after supper and start all over again. a pace like that would kill me today.

Yep, Ahhh to be young again....not that I wasted the time, but doing things now is always with the work smarter method of getting it done. Just go and do was may more productive here.

Yep, I forgot to mention the premise Id...easy peasy and not a big deal at all. Like Nike says...just do it!

Well, I had a pair of broodies sitting on 9 eggs together. Thought I would candle today to see what was happening and found 20 eggs under them. All of which were either clear or quitters. I will let them try again later in the spring.

good afternoon,
did all my chores, sat down to watch a little TV. fell asleep.
missed Judge Judy, D.-m !

clear eggs at this time of year is not uncommon. the roosters have to feel the sun on their backs to get up to full steam.

I wonder how long it will be before I look at the clock and see it is 5 o'clock, but mentally saying
it is really 4 o'clock ?
I usually get over it just about the time we fall back to regular time again.

you know you are old when you catch yourself singing
Let's Do The Twist while drying your backside with a towel after a shower..

That song is on one of my work playlists, we are all a little old here...

The sun is great, now if we could get a little warmth to go with it I would be in heaven. Yesterday wasn't too shabby though and looks like this week will be not bad either. Was hoping for an early spring but I think Nature just will do what it wants as usual. Got a new catalog in the mail from a packaging company in Baraboo, Glacier Valley. Lots of produce packaging for the farm, no egg boxes though. Trying to decide if I look for 6 pack ones, or just continue to rip large ones in half as I have been. Watching a cooler on an auction site too. Large box secured for chick brooder in garage, getting smaller box today from a client that will fit better in the laundry room for the chicks first couple weeks. 21 days and counting for delivery. Will be that much closer after we get back from taking the kids to the Dells for the weekend.

good morning,
I was outside for a few minutes. no hat, no gloves. things are shaping up..

only 9 eggs yesterday. somebody must have called a strike.

either the goose quit laying or she found a new hiding place.

big day today. our new client, Randy is coming.
and I have to go talk with our car insurance guy.
Geico has decided to fight the claim.
their guy runs a red light, hits me, how much clearer can that be ? watch our for that little lizard ..
