got 4 silkie pullets yesterday from Minnesota (north of the Twin Cities). A lot of driving and continuing trying to find the right roads. Lol. Craziness!!! . Not show quality but pet quality. I was expecting more. It was supposedly that I could pick them. Well, when I got there she didn't give me the ones I picked. Anyway, there was a lot of manipulations and I was driving most of the day and very difficult. My defenses were down and she got over on me. Anyway, I do like them but it wasn't exactly what she had said nor the pictures of them and anyway I have them. There is another place in Merrill (another long road trip ~ east this time) that I can get silkies which would be good quality and much less money. I'm going to get these. Reinhardt mini ranch. This sounds much better . I'm going to get a dozen hatching eggs. I had silkies at least ten years ago and now I am wanting a few more. Anyway, she got over on me and I was very tired and stressed and actually I was taken advantage of. Obviously I'm not too happy about this but these little ones are pretty cute. Just not what was advertised. I had wanted one pullet especially and she said I couldn't have it as it had turned out to be a cockerel. I was so upset because it appears she may have done away with him. So sad.

It just seems she is just about the money and also not wanting to sell any males for her "competition"
