Actually watching the Badger game. They are kicking butt and really pulling off some great plays!
I made an excellent beef soup tonight and some Flourless chocolate cake (also excellent) I think I will take a quart of soup and a piece of cake to my hay guy tomorrow. He doesnt get too much HM stuff like that.

I am stuffed...two bowls of soup and a piece of cake...wow--really filling for sure. I need to go to bed. I am feeling very tired. Must have been all the choring with that 8 year old! Hae a great time with your niece tomorrow Frenchie! Such an adorable age for sure! I mentioned about the sock...DS23 said, "well if you dont have any TP what would you wipe with?" I told him that I certainly hoped that did not happen here!!!! He said he has never done it but has heard of others...so what I want to know is WHOSE sock was it?

I saw that ad about the lemurs too. They're from Madagascar, aren't they? How the heck can someone legally sell them? They are considered wild animals. Weird for sure.

We were watching the game too. Think the Badgers might pull off a win?

As for the sock, all I can say is only one, Frenchie??? Hmmmm?????

I really wish I could help you out on some of the bunnies, but I already have 2 and I don't have much room for more, esp. those biggins. I feel bad for mine that they have to deal with my crazy chickens some days. So sorry.

Poor Baby Boy is still sick (DS2), though at least not vomiting anymore. He's keeping down warm jello, my mom's favorite thing to give me when I had the flu as a kid. He likes it, it feels good in his tummy, and gets him a little sugar and protein going through. Hopefully he'll be back to himself soon. He was right pathetic this morning, all limp and clingy, but is going to town with his train tracks tonight. DS3 may be coming down with it, though not vomiting yet, hopefully he, DH, and myself will dodge that awful round.

I'm just waiting for 11:59 to roll around here so I can close the election nominations for the Iowa Blue Chicken Club officer elections and get the ballot posted. Woop! We're taking steps to get the breed accepted by the APA for the SOP, so next step is getting our working standard finalized and submitted. Next year will be the first year of getting people out showing them. It'll take us 5 years (hopefully not more), but it's a step. I love my little IBs.

Vaccine Clinic at Wisconsin Humane Society

WHS will be hosting a vaccine clinic on Tuesday, December 11 from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at the Milwaukee Campus! We’ll be offering rabies and distemper shots for cats and dogs for $15 each or $25 for both.

my DD is also 2 and was sick this week. She is such a trooper she only cried a little before each round of vomiting and was just tired the rest of the time slept for almost all of one day and half the next. I will remember the jello for next time thanks

And the best for last. This is Adalyn today at her 2 yr Birthday Party that I missed. She is so silly !!!

Notice the Princess tiara, ring and wand ? At her baby shower my niece (Addys Mom) didn't like the sweat suit my Auntie got her with the word Princess on it in big bold letters. She was like, "no" princess stuff etc. Kind of like she didn't want a sissy, girly girl. ....... LOL Now Addy's nickname is "My little Princess" !!! She even put one of those little vanity sets on Addy's Christmas list. You'd have to know my niece, she is a hunter, fisherwoman, outdoorsy type......and she has a princess for a daughter !!!! Way way to cute......Can't wait to see her next week. I'm going to buy her a kitchen work center (It's on her list too lol). I'll buy all of those little plastic fruits, veggies and all the healthy foods so she gets a good start on eating healty ..... then she may not battle the bulge(like alot of our family) if she learns about good nutrition. Can't wait to push the shopping cart around her living room and shop !!! Plus she has several stick horses that she rides all around the house !!!! Poor kid doesn't stand a chance. Between my sister (her Grandma) and I brainwashing her into loving ponies & horses (YES) and her Aunt with Kittens and her mother and father with Ducks (hunting and eating) she's sure to either love or hate all of the above !!! One of the first animals she could say was Duck. She loved seeing the ducks at my house. Geez, can you tell I'm excited !!! I'm worse then a Grandma for crying out loud !!! lol

I just thought that JCPenny's did a great job and some of you might be interested if you are looking to get holiday pictures. Now if I could only find the Santa suit I bought a few years ago so I can take some pictures with my Queen and cart while I drive DH ET around the neighborhood dressed in the Santa suit !!! Packed it up someplace when we moved. No doubt in the last place I'll look !!

Sorry to hear about the sick babies. Here is a trick we use here for vomiting- give 1tsp of HEAVY syrup from a can of peaches by medicine dropper or syringe every 15 minutes while the vomiting persists. Usually only takes a few times and the vomiting stops. i give it to them every half hour for about two hours after they quit puking. Works everytime. Hope they feel better soon!

Great more kitten pictures ! LOL What's with cats and kittens these days. Even DH ET said tonight "I didn't think I would like cats as much as I do" as he is stroking Nash Man on his lap.
Drha I don't know how you can eat supper with two kittens...... Halo is trying to eat off of my plate all of the time. Gosh I love that kitten !!! You started it Cind.

Hope all of the little ones that are not feeling well wake up feeling better and have a great day. Poor little ones. Ok time to take a nice hot shower !!! It was way to cold to take a naked ATV ride this week plus no rain. I don't think snow would wash out shampoo !!!
And yes the sock was mine !!!!! Without getting into great detail I tucked it in the top of my prosthesis (leg) cause it was rubbing. Didn't realize it escaped until I flushed !!! LOL Oops... I do remember flushing several times and it didn't clog the pot. Thought all was well. Guess not !!! So all of you take back the wood chip blame !!! Actually it was wood shavings not big huge bark chips that I"m sure you were all imagining !!!! Asked DH ET if he found anything else while he was augering !!!! Like my 3/4 carat diamond that I lost.. No wait that is someplace out amongst the horse Doodoo !!!
Ok, I'm extremely tired. Oh and while we were eating supper we heard a shreek scream noise that I've never heard before . Thought the kitten must have gotten attacked buy an other cat....nope, come to find out Dolly (my aunts dog) isn't walking on her hind leg. I think it is that patella or ???? they call it. Gave her a baby aspirin and will massage it. Hopefully she will be ok, or it will be another trip to the Vet on Monday and more $$$$ When do these surprises end ?????

Congrats Badgers.

Just watched Hunger Games, been savin' a couple free ones from the cable company. Decent flick, worth watching once.......huge lack of sexual content and foul language, what a breath of fresh air, probably didn't even have to wait for the kids to go to bed....kinda violent but nothing like most. Like I said, enjoyed it once, wouldn't watch it again but I hardly ever do, that's why I can't stand when the DW buys movies.........plus there on cable free most of the time in a month or two, just stay a month or two behind and watch new movies all the time, ridiculous to buy.

FT- they'll bring you a ton and a quarter of hay for $110 and you won't have to move it...if you're close to Ashland.
