Happy Valentines To Everyone. Told suzie happy anniversary today....she was laughing and said you mean valentines...well duh....then i call my 91 year old mom and say happy anniversary...she was quiet and suzie says again VALENTINES....well duh....double brain fart, I guess?

Venzun loins under the broiler...perfection...with fresh shrimp fried in alittle bacon grease...perfection...baked spuds with a crispy skin...yep, perfection, carrots and green beans, and a thick slice of ho made bread....delicious. Ice cream cone for dessert. why go out to eat?

Nothing new here...hope you got my email CC....DD was great today on Katie....he was co host.

I did clean up my 4" today...nothing serious but fun!

still picking on the old folks, I see..

did I mention that last night I had a royal flush ?? first one ever for me.. I won the hand, but lost the game..

had shrimp stir fry for supper and strawberry short cake for dessert..

I actually saw the puppy come out of his dog house this AM,, so he is officially using it.. Now I am watching to see if the guineas will move out or keep going in there.. hmmm, I wonder if a dog can incubate eggs ..

DD#2 and I got nowhere with sending pictures on regular email.. I guess DD#1 will have to give it a try.. she is the computer wizard for me..

the pictures go through the motion of uploading, and then the system refuses to send them,, the strange part is; I used to be able to send them, and now I can't..

I just had an advertisement on the top of my screen with a pretty picture of a beaver swimming through the water. Then in nice, cursive letters it said "A clean beaver always gets more wood." LOL! Has anyone else seen this? And, no this was NOT based on past search history.

I think you r puter problem is size of picture, I stole the image of the SLW rooster to send to Adam, and I could not send it until I re sized it, It was 42x 36 inches HUGE, try resizing then save em to the desktop so they are easy to find then attach them to the mail.......... see if that a work....Kim

Evening everyone. Good thing I ate before coming on here to see what I missed, all the dinner talks would have had me hungry. We had pork chops, boiled cabbage, and mushroom rice mix. I've been trying to put together an agenda today to host some poultry meetings with my 4-h members in poultry. This is the first year our 4-H has poultry kids so I figured I'd take advantage of it and they'r are all interested. We decided we are going to try and set some eggs during our first meeting, so now I am crossing my fingers my flock gives me some fertile eggs or I can buy some . So , anyone want to ship me some eggs? I'll pay I have yet to see my 2 roo's dtd with any of the hens. The ducks are starting to go at it but not the chickens for some reason. Does the amount of light affect the roosters too or just the egg laying? I just gave them a light in the coop maybe 2 weeks ago and still have no eggs or action. Anywho, I guess I'm rambling now. Talk to you all later.

After 25 years, I finally thought I figured out how to get DH to get me something for Valentine's Day: send him to the store to "pick up a few things". He comes home with a few extra things that weren't on the list. "Like what?" I ask. Chocolates? Nope. Flowers? Nope. A card????? (Tapping my foot if only I could). Nooooooo, he sheepishily admits as he looks around at the nice dinner, HM dessert, card & candy sitting on the table waiting for him. "But I got you some beer!"

Gee, thanks sweetie! Ah, such a romantic I got.

Oh, well. He's still a keeper. At least he looks good.

We had a pork roast, baked baby reds, seasoned green beans, french bread and some super chocolatey brownies with some red M&Ms shaped in a heart for dessert. And washed it all down with a beer. Or two......
