would you run into an issue with the ganders wanting the baby chicks to go into the water????all through the posts to here,,
Ski !! nice to hear from you .. I think we can set you up with what ever you need. the bash is not that far off anymore.. I just hope they can plow out the road into the camp that weekend..
I was greatly surprised at my two ganders.. they are the perfect foster fathers.. I handed them a baby goose from the incubator and the guys just took over.. the geese on the other hand were not too receptive.. later on, I gave the ganders about a dozen muscovy ducklings.. no problem, as long they are babies, they were accepted.. IDK if I could do it with chickens.. might give it a try..
going to work on the peacock pen a while today.. haven't been in the mood for a few weeks.. too cold..
I have to get the guineas into that pen.. they are hiding their eggs from us.. I am sure they are in the garage somewhere,, but it is a big building with hundreds of hiding places..
