bl4-Simon seems to have moved beyond whatever was bothering him. I gave him a prednisone that night and he was fine by yesterday evening. I'll see how he is today and tomorrow without predisone to see if the problem comes back. I did not take him to the vet because of this.
The eggs are so heavy as I am checking for non-fertile eggs only once a day as to not disturb the mommas. I can't wait to see how many hatch! I don't candle as I want it to be a surprise. Nothing stinks, so all should be fine.
It's looking cloudy today and therefore I expect the rain is not far away. I let the hens out early so they get a chance to scratch around before the rain.
No news on the incident with the neighbors. I wasn't around much yesterday and so far today, they aren't home.
