Wisconsin "Cheeseheads"

I always chuckle when the solution to a computer problem is: "get a Mac".
Unfortunately, even though Mac is a more stable system, like the BETA system back in the VHS vs BETA wars, it is not the favored system. I am one of those people who cannot get a Mac because, simply put, it will not run the programs that I need.

Lol! Oh that IS humorous...... and yet I have relatives who are exceedingly successful in the computer industry who own nothing but Apple products. What particular programs are not compatible?

Windows systems are cheap, and easily infiltrated. That is their downfall.

Beautiful afternoon here and I am stuck inside with paperwork...

had to be home early as DD has a home volleyball game tonight and then has to stay to watch the varsity play. Waiting to hear what the school trainer has to say about her knee- she got hit into on Sunday at her soccer game during a play and the other gal hit her right on the side of her knee- very sore, probably bruised. She's hoping to play tonight

I hope her knee is okay! What's for dinner? (I'm always looking for ideas.)

I'm sure I've asked this before but need info again. It's the only thing I can pin point. I just bought feed again from Farm N Fleet which I haven't done in months but day before yesterday I went out and the new Foley cockerel was down. I assumed Zeus tackled him so penned him separate for a while to catch Zeus and his girls and put in a different pen and put new cock back in the big run. At that time in the coop I found Blue dead. Just chalked it up as a fluke as she was good weight and I've had no health issues with my flock what so ever! Well tonight I went out to check on everyone for lock down and Mary Lou was laying dead(she's my 8+yr old SS hen) now I was worried so looked everyone over and 2 of the other SS were heads tucked under wing and not doing well. I checked everyones weight, noses are all clean. Theirs been no sniffles or caughing sneezing nothing in my flock. The 2 SS hens are alive but not well. I made them each drink water with vetrx and give all pens vetrx in their water and under wings. I'm sure they won't make it thru the night. The only thing I noticed on the 2 hens is a full gullet. Is it possible I got another bad batch of feed from Farm n Fleet again? I just want to puke right now. Feed is all pulled from all pens and will pick up new feed in am from feed store in town like I normally buy but was in Rice Lake the other day and of course it was on sale so I stocked up on layer crumbles and scratch grain and I mixed half and half.

Hey guys, I've never been to a show before and I was wondering if I came up if anyone would wanna take a look at a rooster I have for sale. He's a beautiful 5 month old black Australorp cockerel that I regret having to sell. It'd be nice to get 50$ for him because he is such a great tempered and beautiful bird that loves to crow all day :) and if u want someone to watch over ur flock he's excellent with that too ;) my email is [email protected] if u want pics or to see him.
