I have posted my recipe for ribs on here several times.I agree with wondering if you get your own meat back. My aunt had hers processed years ago and got back 2 hearts. We can a lot of our meat and I like to make my own jerky. Plus, our shepherd gets the bones when I am done. He doesn't get much more than bones, but he loves 'em and his teeth are pearly white. I clean most of the meat off of the ribs and give the rib cage to the chickens. I guess my motto is share the bounty. Hopefully I will get the buck tag filled yet.
If you like BBQ ribs, then the chickens would never get another rib cage..
I was led to believe the Pack played at noon,, but I checked on the TV listings and found out it is a 3 o'clock game,
just stretches the anguish out a couple more hours..
