Heads up Packer news....the Pack brought Montee Ball into Green Bay for a tryout...he was the great running back for the Badgers and is now a free agent. He was drafted by the Broncos in 2013.

Seeing Eddie Lazy missed curfew before last game...that's why Edgar had the start last game.

Just needing to vent a little.

I gave in today and let the crazy broodie have a few eggs. I marked them and will take any others away from her in the future. Just wish they all wouldn't insist on laying in that one nest all the time. They will sit on top of her or make her move over so they can lay their eggs there. Crazy, silly birds!

Two baby buns are ready to go and may be adopted as early as tomorrow. I have a litter of black and white Dutch mixed with a mini-something that will come of age in several weeks. They are sooooo stinking cute - I know I'll just want to keep them all! I'm hooked again.

Awwww.......... How can you not love baby buns? So cute.

Think I finally came up with names for the 4 roosters running around. They are 2 black & 2 blue E. orps that I nicknamed my black & blue division: Gilbert, Reggie, LeRoy & Chuck (Cecil).

The phone is about 2yrs old but seems to work fine. Paid $25 It will get me used to a smart phone, then when I'm ready for a new one I can handle it.

Here, the Lions Club has collection boxes out for donated hides. I don't know where they are selling them, but there must be a market. Years ago, I think it was in Eau Claire, we used to trade a deer hide for a pair of gloves at the fly tying place.

Just got done reading the last few days pages of reading. I noticed some people missed the end of the Packers game.
Here is a video link to the last play (it should be safe to open,it's from the Pack's web site!)
I was working during the game,had to wait till the next morning to see the highlights -Darn Thursday night games!

Rodgers taking his helmet off after the play reminded me of Brett after the 1st touchdown pass to Risen during the '96 Super Bowl.

We had a chocolate Dutch a few years back that was the sweetest guy ever and a Californian that was grumpy and nippy. The 2 Dutch I have now are very mellow - hope the babies will be too! Pictures to come....

Nice afternoon to all...yep drake, I thought the exact same thing. $25 for the smart phone sounds like a good deal Cind, compared to used car values. Nice to see the Vikequeens getting a lesson today from the hawks! Tractor is at the neighbors in hopes of a runner again.

That did look like Favre for a minute. I haven't seen the "discount double check" for awhile - wonder if he still does that dance?
