Ended up running my dog to the vet yesterday because she had been so lethargic. She must went into heat Monday so I kinda just thought it was a girl situation goin on but she was burning up. The vet thinks she might have blasto. I had to run a urine sample back today so I should know by Wednesday. Hopefully that's not it. If so that means 4 months of treatment. Atleast it's winter or close to it and we don't do much outside.

a couple of years ago, our female Maremma got like that.
the first vets we took her to decided it was blasto. they gave her meds . then we took her to a vet in Marathon , by this time she was getting crippled in the hips. he said she had lymes . treated her for that. got her stable.
she never did get fully recovered.

Cubs lost,, Badgers won in overtime.

We did a snap test first to check for Lymes and other blood doeseases and that was negative. We shall see what the week brings

dogs have a way of scaring the heII out of you, and then coming through some tough times..

Now, time to go watch whatever the Pack is going to do today..

Dang packers. Hoping the cubs pull something out of their arse. I made a cook from frozen turkey tonite by jenni-o. I had my doubts but let me tell you what. It was awesome. Definitely gonna go tomorrow and get another one for thanks giving

one of these fine days I have to clean up the yard and get er ready for snow plowing..

Not going to have as big of a crowd as we thought for Thanksgiving. that's OK. I won't have to butcher as many chickens, then. Looks like only 7 people going to show up.
IDK about my son, yet. that would make 9 total..

I finished the chimney today. lots of time on the ladder.
tonight my neck is soooo stiff and sore.
I had the heat pad on it for the first half of the Bears/Twins game. feeling better .

I will go up the ladder once more to take a picture.

good thing I got done. on my last piece of metal, the spring in the handle of my metal snips broke.
Annie said I should just go buy a new snips. I said heII no. I just will not do any more of that kind of work .

new record day for eggs. 11/16 . I guess the word got out that I was going to whack the freeloaders.

the big C won the football game last night.
