Jim left about an hour ago, picked up my Roo's We had a great talk like always. He inspected the coop and I think I passed. I am sending him on a mission to find 2 slw pullets for me, I think Terri O is bringing them. If you are selling them, talk to Jim Please!!! Don't sell him any Roo's he is a trickster,

Everyone have a great time, Wish I could be there, I am stuck finishing up m 3rd grad class.

Good gravy! I already hear the crickets chirping in the back ground on here!!

I put Buzzy and the Buzzettes outside today in their little enclosed area in the Hen Pen. They were scared of the dirt. What it wrong with my birds?!?!

They are so dysfunctional!!! Buzzy was cool with the whole process as was Cornie, but the Barredie's would not come out of the little carrier.

Got Sax back from the vets about 2:30 and his chompers are nice and clean! He was so excited to see me and he got a good dental report card from his vet! He's good for another year! Tootsie is next on the dental list. Followed by Emmitt....again....*sigh*

The hubby and I went and saw an early showing of Cars 2 since I had to wait to feed the dogs dinner tonight. Anyway, we saw Cars and it is hilarious! I loved the first Cars (It's one if my favorite movies of all time!) and I loved the second one just as much. It is long-almost 2 hours but it is fast moving so you kinda forget how long your there for! I did not see it in 3-D which is goos since I have a hard time watching 3-D movies visually. However, I did not think anything was lost by it not being in 3-D. To be honest, until dh said something, I did not realized it came in two "flavors"!! Plus the theater we saw it at does not have 3-D capabilites.

Dh also informed me that someone in Madison is selling fertile Silkie eggs and he wants to get some to stick under Emma. I'm shocked! He has always professed that Silkies are a rather worthless breed much like Frizzles, and here he is wanting some Silkeis.

I personally think he has always liked them and finds them sweet and rather cute. (I have always liked them myself but don't tell him I said that!) I will freely admit though, there is nothing on Earth as cute as a Silkie chick except for maybe a frizzled Frizzle chick! So Emma might get Silkie babies...

Well, I'm going to go scrounge for dinner or a snack....ta ta!!

well byc did it to me again.. I had to relog in.. new password and the whole bit.. they might not give me points, but they get me somehow.. LOL

I got the Blazer all cleaned out and four pet carriers ready for tomorrow morning.. I found 3 sets of visegrips in the car.. One that I had long forgotten about.. we got to have one of these bashes each year so that I have to clean out my car..LOL

wouldn't you know it ? my main egg customer called and wanted all the eggs I have.. I told him I have only 4 dozen.. I am bringing eggs for breakfast on Sunday.. I hope 3 dozen will be enough; along with the pancakes..

I have to drop off 7 pullets in Marion on my way..

I still have to wrap my gift tonight..

to add to the chaos around here, my grand daughter showed up with three 4 year old kids today.. My great grandson , and a boy and girl set of twins that belong to her boyfriend.. all of their birthdays are this week.. we had a kids' supper tonight,, hot dogs and mac&cheese and birthday cake&ice cream..

I think all of my birds were very happy to get locked in tonight.. LOL

I have to go get packed for camp.. I did not even make a list, yet.. despite Annie's incessant reminders.. LOL

see some of you tomorrow.. the rest of you, I will talk to after sunday..

Good Morning! Looks like it will be a nice day! On our way to Milwaukee for an early start and hoping to be done moving by early afternoon!

Had time last night to get our grass cut so that is 1 less thing for Sunday.

Glad to hear Cars 2 is a good one to see, DS(6) just loves the first one-we are on the 2nd copy of that movie!

Not much to report here. I have to get going to finish up some chores before we go to the dump for a trash run. We have no trash service in Albion since it's residents vote to keep taxes lower but having a dump instead of trash trucks.....

I feel like a total hillbilly sometimes!

Anyway, I wanted to check in and say "Hey" before things get going here this morning. I will be on the road to the wedding in Ill. at about 1 and won't be home again until probably between 7 to 9. It will be a long day for the pupsters.

Afternoon all!!
Well I had to go catch a hen I took to TO's place, she told me she got out, I think her DD's and DS... decided to be funny with me as I slept last night.

I was awakened by a cat in the room, this is TO's bedroom and her DH is allergic to cats so they are NOT in their room.. AND the bedroom door was open. I KNOW I closed it.
Then DS left a bedroom window open, one of the cats got out and jumped from one porch roof to the other, the front one.. and couldn't get back in.
Had to wake him around 7 am to get the cat in. I tried.. seeing me on her porch railing trying to grab said cat .. him slipping a little and not letting me get a good grip...

And then watering after feeding this A.M... and slipping @$$ over teakettle in the mud. SO much fun...

I took DH out to a late lunch at a new little place to eat near us, its a former blacksmith shop that is now a great resturant/cafe/bar and antique place!!
YUM YUM!!!

So not much sleep, much hilarity though and a good lunch..

AND

1 new chick pipping when I checked on them around noon...

See we don't need everyone else for hilarity to happen!! LOL
