Hi everyone. I am glad to hear everything went great after I left. My mom had and panic attack so we left early. Had a blast Friday night though. Brought home 2 SLW chicks

Cindlady I liked Duke he Is so nice and well mannered. I could just imagined how my dogs would have been if I brought them.

Good Morning Eveyone! Glad we weren't the only ones that needed a nap yesterday! L got an hour and I snuck 20 minutes. Made a world of difference. Then a shower. Felt like I was dipped in beer batter for some reason. Glad I stayed away from Bigz's flask felt pretty bad Sun morning. It's all Bigz's fault! But we had a really really great time! Got some pics of the white elephant thingy that I'll download later. It was so great meeting all the new faces and seeing all the old one's!!!!!! What a bunch of freaks! Just can't figure out why I seem to fit in?

There is so much to remember and already so many post to respond to. Bigz and Susie hope you had enough help at the very end! I thought people would be up and moving earlier. Cind thanks again for the asparagus roots their going in today. Had a great time by the fire pit with ya! Gotta go driveway fill is here!

Good morning, I got to bed early (for me) last night.. slept like a baby.. cried for awhile and then wet the bed..

It was nice to meet the new, and greet the old.. I too imagine what people look like before I meet them.. I am sooo far off most of the time..

CeChee, I wanted to mention that your Hubby looks so much like one of my cousins did when he was young.. I didn't want to emparrass him, though. So if he caught me staring at him,, that was why. nothing else... LOL still like your cool wheels..

It looks like rain today.. that will be OK.. the last rain uncovered a few of my potato seeds and washed some of the smaller seeds out of their row.. but not too bad.. they sprouted anyhow, and Annie shoveled them back where they belongd..

The plants we put in all look good.. none of the cuke seeds sprouted yet.. but there are 5 plants of those, so we should still have plenty..

I started cutting 2x10's to length for the raised planter box..Of course I had to make one of the first cuts wrong, that is like tradition on every project.. Now that is out of the way, I can procede.. I can salvage the wrong piece and use it for the legs..

Keedokes was surprised when we dropped off the ducks... tricky TO I didn't know she was only expecting the 1... from Jim! Her daughter fell in love with them right away!

Yep, I believe when Cindlady called on the phone I said something like, 'Ducks? Plural?'

Thanks so much guys! You people...I can't do chicken math like the rest of you!

I will take some pics to share later today--they're a little cramped in the run right now...I can't really let everyone out because we're illegal here. So I think I will have to make a makeshift pen to put up in front of the door for during the day with the kiddie pool in it. I need to figure out some new space stuff... you people!!

Good Morning all !!!!!! Well so far so good. Haven't fallen asleep yet !!!! I'll tell ya I might not think I have much of a routine with my not doing much of nothing alot of days but when I get out of my routine like this week end I get bushed !!!!!! I'm sure it has nothing to do with my nonstop talking and YELLING accross the campfire to TO. I told her all about my horses whether she wanted to hear or not !!!!! Could blame it on the wine coolers but anyone that knows me knows I would have babbled anyway !!!

Who was it TO's hubby Derrick that mentioned he was listening to bits and pieces of conversation. Between me YELLING across the campfire and Dr Ha Ha across the other way who knows what he heard !!!! Ought to make for some good gossip if he combines all the stories together !!!

My DH Chuck, aka EggToast on here (but he is computer illiterate so not on at all) had a great time too !!! Once he finds someone to talk hunting with he will go on and on and on and on... well, you get the picture !!! Thanks for listening to his Looooonnnnngggg stories Bigzio. Oh and you to Dr HaHa, for listening to his tight tolerance stories !!!

Celtic Chick, it was so nice meeting you. I'm glad I was able to sit next to you and protect you from Jim, I saw him eyeing up those wheels !!! I'm a pretty big girl, I think I could take him on, even without having my own sword !!!

I guess everyone looked like I imagined since I saw last years picture I sorta knew who was who. Still don't know if I would get everybodies name correct (actual name) except for the obvious, Suzie J, AmyAble, Cindlady, TerriO and maybe a few others I may have missed.

Those of you that didn't make it missed out on some wonderful wonderful wonderful food !!! There was two kinds of potato salad, salsa and dip, coleslaw salad, carmel apple salad, beans and lots more. About 5 different kinds of dessert !!! YUMMY YUMMY !!! Can you all tell I LOVE FOOD !! (Yes I know it is obvious as well) Chuck does too, think knowing there would be venison there he never hesitated to come along !!!
Bigzio !!!! That venison sausage, both kinds) was FANTASTIC !!! IF CHUCK EVER GETS A DEER, we definately will be bring it down for processing to get some of that made.

Cindlady, your hubby was a pleasure to talk to, I'm glad he came. I pulled up his website for Bargin Best. That Italian Beef was SSSSOOOO Good too !!!! We had it for supper last night and I see Chuck had it for breakfast too !!!! Will definately be picking some up when I come down to Racine. Check it out everyone http://bestbargainsinc.com

Raimel, you did an Awesome job on those Tshirts !!!!! I'm going to wash mine in cold water and hope the signatures stay put.... If they don't I'll have to have everyone sign it again next year.


Jim, I set all 36 guinea eggs this morning !!! Wish them luck !!! Now the neighbor tells me that his friend is in no hurry for guineas so they might have to stay here !!!!!

Lost a baby silkie today, of course it is a lavender that I got from Ideal Poultry. Second one I've lost from them so far????? I do believe they are more fragile then the other silkies. Sure hope it was a Roo.

I took just a few pictures at the bash. Was to lazy to get off my behind and zap anymore !!!! Just a few of the campground on our way out. Better late then never. Thought those who didn't make it would like to see where all these memories were made !!!

Well, guess I've stalled long enough this morning !!! Need to get back into the swing of things and get something done around here. First question is where to start !!!

SO.. I got in a ride yesterday after leaving TO's, I had to assess a person who is going to get on the 3 yr old who is getting broke out. SO I took her for a test ride on my DH's horse.
She can be a bit stubborn about things.. just like DH... LOL
And then made lunch and went to a local car show.. NICE cars!!
No new pips, I am going to candle them AND pull the duck eggs if they are fertile and stick them under the duck till they hatch, then raise them up till I can see about introducing them back to her.. OR just raise them up.
I had picked up some cuckoo maran pullets... from a local guy, they don't have leg feathering... so now I am wondering...
they are only a week old though.

I was on my way to my summer job, being a Nanny to my niece... and got pulled over by a policewoman.. for my front license plate not being on.. .
REALLY!!?? WOW..
So check your vehicles folks they are pulling people over for EVERYTHING...
I got a 5 day warning.. so IF I can't find it I have to order a new one.. OR new plates.. WOW...

Oh lord what a weekend! If none of this makes any sense, you know why! lol
what to start with?, bigz brought an extra gift (2) and told TO to pick 2 other people to play, so my DH (my DS7 helped him chose the gifts) and a teen (I forget who he belonged to) played. that chicken solar thing was passed around and finally ended up in DH hands

I later thanked that teen for stealing that knife set back from my DS7

THANK God! lol I brought the chicken cutting board BACK this year! I got stuck with that thing LAST year, I told DH I would ROTFL if that thing was a hot item this year. IT WAS, I can NOT figure that out. Got a kick out of Bigz seeing it on the table (wrapped mind you) and knowing what it was (he brought it last year). I got a cutting board, egg slicer, egg separater.... with the egg chick on them. they match my pan. (I've seen them at festival foods) AND DrH gave ME the white elephant. as a special gift (I almost cried), only 1 rule, I gotta bring it back next year! lol like as if I'm going anywhere.
I'm so glad everyone liked their shirts

I love mine even MORE now that everyone signed it

you know my kids were kind of like "mom do I HAVE to wear this?" and now even my DS13 is like "can I bring this with me to camp?" (they went with our church to camp for the week) oh poor them, I slept like 10 hours last night. lol My DD3 this morning still half asleep, asks if she could wear her BYC shirt today!

HOLY FOOD! I'm still stuffed! lol

traded BL4 2 tshirts for 2 call ducks

and traded Jim a Tshirt for 4 americanas (EE, lol) AND 4 guinies

lol He offered them to my DH and then the kids (and DH) got into it with the whole lower lip thing (please mommy/dear) I was totally out numbered! told the big boys that THEY have to clean the cage

did I mention that they are gone this whole week?

DS7 woke up (11am) he/we went to bed at 10 last night! now he's looking for some coffee!

Oh my, I completely forgot to mention too that you and your husband are in my thoughts, Sweet Folly. Loss so young--I've been there and it's hard and it's senseless and it's devastating. Thinking of you all, and good luck with helping with everything.
