TO & WCC I guess paying $1.75 a bale is a good price !! Between 40-50 lb bales. Have to drive 60 miles to get it so that brings up the price.

Tomski- How far are you from Shawno ? I could maybe meet you there. I would have an excuse to go to TSC !!

Jimbo- So whatcha get whatcha get !!!

And I'm glad to hear your new roo is still with you. I want a friendly, tame roo.

Nice pear CC.. but you have heard that before..

A guy stopped here yesterday and wanted to buy a bushel of tomatoes.. I told him no.. I am not cutting one of my tomatoes in half for anybody..

I now have 3 extra roosters .. the big red, the delaware and Marlene brought an americauna/cross something or other.. Very pretty.. All are people friendly.. come and get 'em..

Me again.. Dr H, That walk about might be one of the most relaxing things you could do for yourself.. I didn't know that crop had to be sprayed, though.

FT. can you imagine how much I would have had to spend if I took my tiller and mower to the fixit shop ?? Annie said, take it in.. Not as long as I can muscle my way through it..

Beautiful Afternoon, Eh!...Kinda funny Doc...I was thinkin the same thing. Just before dark is prolly a good time for harvest. Might have to check it first to make sure it's ready. I have a backpack that holds about 4 dozen....

Jennie stopped for a couple jars of salsa to take to work for a work party.

The amish neighbors stopped and asked if they could have the apples off the tree in front...yep go ahead, they are nice apples for eating and cooking. I have 7 trees in the yard and can only use so many.

Nice win for the Pack....it really pays to score touchdowns vs fieldlgoals if you wanna win!

Fresh beets tonight with venzun loin, baked tatoes, and fresh bread. I love fresh beets!

Hey all! The dirty girl run was FUN! There were about 6,000 runners I guess and I was glad that they donate money to cancer research! Great news! I found my camera last night!!!!!

How would you like to have the job of getting all those cleaned up?
sickbyc.gif
I wonder if they just dump them or really do clean them up? DD kept hers...the only tennies she has are the ones she did a custom design for at Nike. (talk about a waste of $$$$!)

So anyway..that was my morning...we got the wagonload of hay safely down to the barn area to unload when it gets a bit cooler. I guess I need to get off and enjoy a bit of this day...it is pretty dang nice out there! Later! Terri O

TO that looks like a lot of fun. Wonderful pictures.

Man that shoe pile WOW!!!

I looked for the lizards or whatever they are. Picked up a little board right by the lillies and one shot out. Pretty small. I didnt even get a good look at it to describe better. Dont know where it went. Hope the chickens dont get it but they are pretty stupid when it comes to catching small animals. I only had one that ate mice and she is at a friends house now, a silkie ! Crazy huh? When we were little there were Newts? around our house. Maybe it is a newt. I will research on the computer to see whats up here.

Whoops! Are we to take it that your parents don't like your BF much?

Good eye, FT. I completely missed that one.

No they love him, its a sercert even we dont get, he even puts extra spices on the counter so we dont know what he puts in.

Evening All....oh my gosh, one more plug for fresh beets, then I'll shut up. Super easy to grow, and the harvest is bountiful...slipping the skins is super easy and the nutritional value is priceless....if you don't have a row in the garden this year...I'd be asking where's the beets? The flavor is delicious...
