Evening all!
I have a Feline Scientist working very hard on Gravity Tests. It's very important work that involves flinging things off the table. At least my phone has not landed in the dogs water bowl...yet....

Not much here. The Girls are all good.

Now the Feline Scientist is helping to type his thesis on the Gravity Tests....Get off the key board Ichie....*sigh*

So, dh sent me some eggs to stick under SG. He raided a his friends flock of Game Hen nests....DH is all excited to be getting "real chickens" as he puts it. Unfortunately, SG had decided she no longer wants to be a mom and broke her brood. So, tomorrow I will be setting up the incubator...

Think our lap top just died......it turned itself off and now I can't get it to come back on, of course I was in the middle of moving picture files off of it via flash drive and had 2 large size folders to move.....might have lost my Marans pictures and our Welsummer pictures

I checked on the eggs again today and I had movement in all 6! Aparently I didn't kill the one by putting it upside down!

I'm not counting my chickens before theyre hatched, but at least I won't have one lonely little chickie and that is a blessing!

managed to get the lap top up and going again and moved the picture file off safely!

Did you all get sleet and rain and snow down there? It was awful here yesterday and today rain sleet, snow, cold wind, shoveled slush for 2 hours this morning before it got cold enough to freeze it all down, yucky weather we are having this Jan. isn't it? I really want winter to just go back to the north pole with Santa every year.....that would make my day because after Xmas I'm ready for spring just about every year since I turned 40...........LOL
Well I hope everyone is dug out and warm tonight, it's pretty nippy with that wind up here. So try to stay warm ya'all..... Kim

I'm with FM, this site takes forever to load now...... and I have been cleaning up my C drive constantly lately too. I'll give it a try on Google chrome but this should be compatable with ALL browsers. I have some 20 pages to try and get through but I also have a life and cannot sit here for pages to load...... sorry all, I would love to read what you have to say but I just don't have the time.

TO, I am looking into doing that Dirty Girl Mud Run your daughter participated in; it sounded like a blast so I am trying to rope some friends into doing it too; I can't believe how full the registration is already, and this takes place in August!

The ducks are getting spoiled; when I let them out I give them a little pan to bathe in and toss spinach into it for a nice green snack. They seem to enjoy it!


Made chicken in the pressure cooker tonight and since it is National Pie Day, I made an Apple pie with Dr.H's pie crust. I cannot wait to dig in to that pie!

No much else to tell you. Survived the cold, then the ice, and then the snow..... thankfully I did not have to drive in this slop.

My shuts off if it gets over heated. If the air vents get block. Like if I'm sitting on my bed and the vents are blocked by the blanket !

Hope I don't shorten it's life, it happens alot !!
