yes what a beautiful rooster, I want to get a nice AM cockerel come spring, because next year will be my EE roo's last with these girls, because he will be related to just about everyone of them by then. So I hope I can find him a new home where he can be a good little rooster for some other girls. So anyone wanting a nice EE roo next summer, Graybeard my Splash, duck wing will be available to your ladies.
Well a good day turned to shitte this afternoon, Adam called me about 3pm with the wonderful news that he will not be home for Thanksgiving, and doesn't know when he will be home, they also changed his trip this am from AZ which I packed for to PA, which if its cold there he is gonna freeze....... gggggrrrrrrr I'm so mad, but more upset than anything, because I feel like they are screwing us around already, also found out he is the only 1 over the road, none of the new hires are except him, they get to have Thanksgiving with there families............
Not sure if it's because he knows a bunch already and they need more time, or if its a case of yah well we did because we can.......kinda thing. I wouldn't be so upset if they told him this a couple days ago, but this was a last minute thing, plus they promised he would be home at least 4 Thanksgiving. I guess he has to have 5000 miles under his belt b4 he gets to come home...and gets his own truck....how the Heck long does that take?? I wonder, considering he can only drive with the trainer for now, and they both sleep when they stop..........Big Truck has a bunk bed in it......... which is bad enough, but LOL Adam is praying he doesn't snore.....he will never get any sleep. Just now he says he was wide awake, while his buddy is ready for bed and Adam was the 1 driving since early this afternoon. Plus the guy isn't a smoker, so Adam can't smoke in his truck, and he's a total nut about his clean truck, the last stop he was vacuuming it like Adam had dragged some dirt in it..... Poor Hubby he is gonna have a very long week..............I really think they could have co-ordinate d this much better. 1 of the other guys is also from PA like the trainer, wouldn't ya think they would have partnered them together........especially since Adam will have to sleep 1 night at a hotel, because the trainer is going home for the night......... and Adam isn't allowed to sleep in his truck without him in it..... seems pretty stupid to me. 1 Good thing the company is paying for it, or he would be short moola, I only had 120 to send him and who knows when he is getting home .........and he needs to eat...........
So that is my day which started good and went down hill quick this afternoon.
So anyway I really don't feel much like jabbering or reading.......so think I'm gonna go to bed soon..after I feed the horses there last meal of the day......night all sleep good, sleep fast, and shoot lots of Big deers tomorrow to all those guys that get to go......later peeps I"m out..........Kim
