Ok, I was thinking that. Just have never had a pullet with no head feathers. ThanksDepends. Some EEs can have no face fluff yet they still lay blue eggs. I have a EE that have no face fluff.
She still young and not laying. I guess only time will tell. ThanksA couple of my EEs don't have face fluff, beards, and one doesn't even have tail feathers. But they all lay blue eggs. If you start getting any color beside blue from your EE's, don't be suspicious. They are EE's but since they are a mutt they can lay any color, look like any other chicken breed, etc.
Some don’t have muffs and beardsI bought her from a breeder. I'm confused, I know Ee are a mutt breed. I've never seen one with no head feather. Her sister in the back shows the true signs of an EE.
She's a pullet I'll try and take a better picture. Later today.X3 that the "sister"is a cockerel.
