sorry, i just thought it sounded like that upper boss and the other girl in your office seemed to have it out for you. trying to throw others mistakes in your face.
i guess i would feel a little horrible that i was taking the blame for everything every time. i had a boss that was like that and he eventually had a mental breakdown after i had left the place for a calmer environment.

Thanks! I think I am on his radar because I HAVE made mistakes, so he looks to me for the small stuff he finds. He was MUCH better today. I took my lunch in the office and had my door closed and he came in and I was playing a game. I turned around and hollered ON LUNCH! He told me his blood started to boil the instant he saw me!!!! LOL! Then he laughed and said "carry on" and closed the door.
