Worms in Chickens water!

I found these worms it the water of my chickens today, and I have no idea what they are, or if they are harmful. Also how do I get rid of them? Here are some photos . Any help would be appreciated. There were more in the water too. Those are the ones I grabbed to get a photo.

Just earth worms. They are fine

They look like earthworms to me. Which are great for the soil and not harmful to your chicks at all. But they usually avoid water so they don't drown.
