They were about the width of rice, but it was like 2-3 rice lengths.

Sounds like they might have been roundworms.

Too long and too thick to be cecal worms, too thick and visible to be capillary worms.

I've seen lots of large roundworms that size.

Not as adult large roundworms, maybe internally if a necropsy was done and seen them as younguns lol.

the little ones I saw were most definitely small large roundworms. I have a picture of one somewhere.

They were probably cecal worms if excreted in feces.

I promise you that what I saw was a small large roundworm, not a cecal worm, and I am 100% positive that if I can find the picture you will agree.
