I checked her poop, didn’t see anything in it. Sorry for the low quality pic

Well, if you see the 'worms' again...then you can get a pic.
But I think you've treated her?

Guess the natural stuff does work. And the worms, just to add more details, imagine an earth worm that’s smaller, maybe less than an inch long but white. that’s kinda how they looked, and they were very active.
 
I wonder if something laid eggs on the poop after it was out and they hatched? Just a thought, it probably wasn't out long enough. I can't imagine that if a chicken had enough worms inside to expel that many in the poop, that it would be the one and only time they were seen.

No, i was there as it came out fresh. It hit be ground and a bunch of worms were wiggling around
 
9 times out of 10 you're never going to see worms in the poop until the bird is so infested with them there's literally no more room inside the bird for them to live.
I highly recommend that you have a vet test some poop so you know what you're dealing with.
