The math is not adding up. $13 x 2= 26.
$26 - $17 = $9, not $6 profit.
I am very confused.

1. I am not a dude, I am a grandmother and I find it rude for you to call someone dude that you do not know.Dude mistakes happen. That response was rude.
Thank you.Maybe other costs are calculated in despite not being named.
I forgot in my first suggestion that you also get to sell point of lay birds, your culls.. the ones that don't meet your BREEDING standard.
Selling off older birds before their 2nd or 3rd molt.. either as older layers or even in breeding trios.. or use as soup hens. Of course grow out cockerels go to your pot or sold!
Make $ at EVERY stage!
If I could sell eating eggs for $13/dozen consistently.. I'm there.. that's much easier than breeding and hatching.![]()
Holy guacamole, you must live smack dab in a whole bunch of gullible people.I'm already selling eggs. At $13 dozen. I sell 2 dozen a week and my hens go through a bag a week that is $17. I'm making a $6 profit. Which goes to a bag of treats a week.
