sorry been so busy. shes gotten better at payroll we are getting our checks on time and even now with paystubs. schedule is still a bit of a pain shes had some mess ups but not bad worked alot of doubles the last couple weeks. had a few early days we werent busy and since i had nothing to do she told me to go home so i have learned even if you pace yourself if its dead you get shipped out so this can work for my advantage get everything done and i can leave a little early and be home to spend more time with my family. Its getting better definately.

HHHMMM sounds like she is having financial problems. (duh) If you have mixed feelings. I would tell her the ONLY way you canwork is with a post dated check from her PERSONAL ACCOUNT not business.. that way if business folds you can cash that check at first of month.. you can BET she will pay her morgage and personal bills before she will pay employees. Tell her yes or no.. its up to her.. but I sense heartache ahead for her company eitherway. good luck

That's a shame. I would at least have a heart to heart talk with her, explaining that, you're not really giving her an ultimatum, just that you love it there, but you can't continue to work for no pay because you have financial obligations to meet. Let her know that, unless she pays you everything owed and starts giving you those weekly checks, you have to go elsewhere.

two jobs promised she didnt follow through. worked major hours and she didnt pay the overtime she with held the hours worked. just waiting since i filed a complaint that others will follow suit

Good for you!!! I know here in CA every single day someone withholds pay, they have to pay the employee a fine of $100 per day.
