Wounded cayuga duckling

So the scab had a hole in it. And brown ooze was coming out of it. And the scab looked like it was pulling off at the edges. So I took it off and flushed the wound out with hydrogen peroxide and a syringe. A lot of brown nasty came out. So I did it till it ran clear and put some polysporin on it. She has a lot of redness on her skin just below the wound. I'm worried there is infection. I have some 500mg cephalexin. Should I give her some? The scab came off very easy, and had like veins running into her. The wound is deeper than I thought original. What are some other things I can be doing to help her heal. Shes still limping bad.

Don't use peroxide any more, wash with salt water to clean then apply your poly. Not sure about antibiotic lets see if we can get @casportpony to advise.

There was 5 little tiny wounds and this big one. I'm guessing teeth Mark's. I cleaned them all regularly from the start. The smaller ones are all almost completely healed.

Sorry, dint realize it needed to be grams. I just weighed her with the grams. And it said 764.

Her dose would be 1/5 th capsule twice day. Let me see if I can figure out a way or you to do that. Do you have 1 ml syringes?
