The egg on the right is yesterdays egg, the one on the left is today's egg. Now I can not be 100% sure that they came from the same chicken but I wanted to show the size difference of what is the norm, we get between 1-3 eggs a day. I just got into this chicken business this summer when we rescued chickens from a farmer that was getting rid of his older hens, we got 4 red sex links, age unknown. We also have 4 newcomers that are 21 weeks old. 1 barred plymoth rock, 1 jersey giant, and 2 easter eggers. Now this summer we had gotten a wrinkled egg, not this bad, and 2 days later one of them died. Again, not sure if the egg came from the one that died but it is enough for me to question this. So any clue as to what this is and if there is anything that I should do, old or new layer, etc.?

Just so you know, that is a very large hand, lol, the eggs are not small. The smaller one barely fits in an egg carton and the big one does not.
