Yay!

Last year when my rhode island red hen was attacked by my dog, she had skin and even muscle ripped off. I was so amazed when she didn't go into shock, and even when she got maggots (I was at school when we found them and Mom had to pick them off) she made it and became our spoiled girl. It's amazing what our chickens can endure!
I hope your girls are on the road to full recovery. It sounds as if they were really sick.
