I'm currently fighting with my inner writer. I want to write, but I'm not able to focus on it long enough to get a sentence out.
I feel inspired to write a new one about friendship and pride, but I have another one that I haven't finished. About something else. :he Something important too. But I don't know how to end it? Should it be sad or sappy where the villain becomes nice? Or something else that I can't think of? I find it easier to write a story with a moral. Because they mean something important to you.

Yes. You have that problem too? Maybe our dads talk together secretly about new ways to get us to stop. Tonight my dad shut off the water to the whole house.

True. I love my villians as much as my heroes. My little friends in my head. Rebellious heroes. Awful villains that there conscience kills them. Backstories. Tragic backstories. Without a villain they would be boring. And I feel sorry for them. :hit(when you feel sorry for the villain, you know you are a writer with well developed characters.)

I`m running out of things to post back but...
"I could do this all day."

Not all of them, but still.

not sure if youre asking rhetorically or not. not knowing the context i would say end it sad. :)

I want kids to be inspired by it, but they won't read it, so maybe it should be sad. Either way their will be an inspiring note so... :idunno
Shall I let all my wonderful heroes die, leave one to grieve them, or what?
When I reread this story I will cry for my favorite character. Many feels. :hit maybe the bad dude could turn good only after he is dying... maybe...but that reminds me of another story! :he

Well you can't kill a POV character. And having every hero character die is a bit overkill(punny). everything else really depends on what kind of message you want to send.

ones to be cautious of:
even if you do everything right or good you will still fail. (though the message you CAN still fail is fine)
it's ok if you're a bad person as long as you feel bad about it later.

maybe try writing a bit from your bad guys POV to get a good feel for his/her character. Plunk him down in a police station and interrogate him, or sit over coffee write yourself talking to him. ask him the questions you want to know. He'll likely be elusive but might give you information you weren't expecting. :) It might give you a better idea how far he's willing to go to reach his goals.

Well it isn't a POV character because it is a graphic novel. I'll try writing how he would reply to me. I might just get the heroes killed and have the bad dude feel bad about himself well all the other people are inspired by the new people spreading the word and remembering the "martyrs." Thanks, your guidance helped.
:)The message is about being nice, making friends, loving other people, getting over loss, and most importantly having a voice and speaking out against stuff. It's complicated. What happened surprised me, the story's message wasn't *supposed* to be anything like that. :p

Glad it helped. I find that my story's message revolves around what I'm dealing with emotionally when I'm writing it. XP. My characters surprise me sometimes because where they go isn't always where I want the story to go.

Yeah, that's what inspired me to write the story, but they suprised me with their own little wrapped up lives that have no interest in me, and they don't seem to want me to end the story.

Yeah. My villain I don`t have too much of a connection with yet. Maybe it`s because I haven`t really wrote him yet. He isn`t really seen until the end of book 1, though it is clear he is the villain, and they are fighting against him, he himself isn`t seen.

So I've finally started to connect with my new story. I'm currently working on character building so I think I'll have to start writing quite a bit of useless stuff that wont be part of the actual story. To get a feel for everyone. I have to know how they were before where my story begins so i know how to make them different. :D Through the story the characters are close to opposite their normal personalities.
