Flying.

Show how their Avatar flies on a Banshee for the first time. (Flight of Passage is the best Disney World ride ever)

Or they could grow wings


Or maybe you are a chicken or bird


Soarin' on a hanglider

Or just a major fall scene. That counts too, I guess
