Wry neck from injury with predator

I have a 7 month old white Chinese goose, female. She was in some sort of scuffle with a predator and we lost three ducks. My goose has Wry neck due to the trauma of the conflict. She has a bruise on one of her wings and she's very slow. All of the flock is abandoning her and she's all alone in the pond. It seems to be the only place she feels comfortable. I'm concerned that she's especially vulnerable with these injuries but not only that she's all by herself. The only time she drinks is if she's in the pond. I'm not sure that she's eating at all. I brought her inside and she was barely pooping water and wasn't eating any of the greens that I brought in nor the cable that I was giving her. I'm very concerned for her and I'm not sure what the best thing to do is at this point. And yes I did bring her to the vet. She did get X-rays and she doesn't have any broken bones or any open ones. The vet gave her meloxicam for pain and said she looked very sore. She cannot hold up her neck by herself.

So sorry for what happened.

Extra vitamins would help her heal. Electrolytes are good for shock and stress as I'm sure she's in it. We have Hydro Hen that has probiotics in it too.

Maybe try some oatmeal and see if she'd eat that. Black oil sunflower seeds would also be good. They're high in Vit. E. and other things good for her.

She should be getting stronger every day but that's a lot for her to go through so understandable it might take some time.

She's still not eating. Her neck is bent. One part literally sticks out. The vet said nothing was wrong with it when she saw the X-ray so I don't know I think there's something wrong with it what do you think?

Poor baby. I would def keep her inside so she isn't taken in the state she is in she could not fight off another predator attack.

Her neck could have a bad sprain and that will def take time to heal if that is what it is [since the vet saw nothing broken] she may need help to eat. Place her food and water up to a higher level may help so she doesn't have to bend her neck much. Do you think the Meloxicam is helpful at all?

What vitamins do you have? poultry cell is a good one.
Also tube feeding may have to be done if she refuses to eat. We have info on how. Just let us know, only problem with that is her neck is most likely very painful right now.

I agree that I would keep her safe from predators. Wry neck is a neurological condition, and it may respond to rest, the anti-inflammatory medicine the vet prescribed, and human vitamin E 400 IU and human vitamin B complex (1/2 tablet crushed into food or a little water) which has many different b vitamins and C. Those cannot hurt. The Poultry Cell has most of those, but not as much E. Poultry Cell dosage is 1 ml for every 3 pounds of weight. Let us know how she gets along.

I don't think the meloxicam helps. She doesn't behave any differently. I will say if I palpate her neck it is not painful for her and if I stretch it and sort of do some kind of physical therapy with very slight massage she doesn't complain. However where that kink is she is a bit sensitive. I am going to need to tube feed her. If you have any information that can help that would be great. I've tube fed my chickens but this is completely different because of the long neck. I'm scared especially with that kink I don't want to hurt her.

Her poop is still green with a little white in it. I guess that means that she must be eating some of the grass that I gave her. Otherwise it would just be clear correct?
