Wry Neck Treatment, when to cull?

I have a 2 week old coturnix that has wry neck. I've been treating with vitamin e, selenium, and poly-vi-sol for about 4 days. It has showed no signs of improving. It has a significant bend in it's neck (head is virtually upside down). Anything else to be done, or is it time to cull?

My barred rock's head was twisted completely upside down, but after about a week of squirting Vitamin E capsule contents in her mouth and hand feeding her a yogurt/vitamin slurry, she's completely fine now and back on regular food and care. I'd give her more time.
