I bought this nearly 7 week old as a day old Easter Egger pullet. Now looking more like a “he” and a Silver Laced Wyandotte. Any chance I could still have a pullet or is this definitely a cockerel? He is skittish, same size as my Easter Egger pullet the same age, and sleeps on adoptive momma hen’s back which is very cute and makes it hard to rehome him.

It’s funny - I think she’s done but he still sleeps on her back and calls for her. His sister seems far more self sufficient (she’s an Easter Egger). This is my first experience with a Wyandotte. They are quirky!

That is funny. It's probably more to do with individual personality than anything else. He's soon going to be too big to sleep on top of her.
