Wyoming Unite!!!!

We got a crazy rain/hail storm yesterday afternoon. Hail stones the size of baseballs. One of them broke right through the shingled roofing on top of the coop nesting boxes, have to get that one repaired soon as it looks like more rain today.

Sorry about the hail. I am normally far enough from the river to avoid the worst hail here. I got 0.66" of rain here yesterday evening. It quit raining right after midnight.

The bluebird is still here this morning and it looks like the sun is trying to shine. Adding a little heat with all the moisture is going to make the asparagus shoot up like weeds. I have already picked 3 half a grocery bag batches. The radishes and lettuce are up too.

Yikes! We got wind and a spit of rain, but so far that's it. Glad we don't have to go over the mountains for anything today - supposed to get 8-16 inches of snow up there.

Gorgeous photos!!
Thank you.

I just checked the local forecast and it is not calling for anymore frost the rest of the month. Earlier it had been predicting a freeze this weekend but not anymore. As cool as it is here, if the sky clears off I am still expecting a frost.
