They'll outgrow that pretty soon, but for now I'd make the following changes:
1) move food and water to far end away from the lamp
2) if possible aim lamp more straight down... you want heat on one end, cooler temperatures on the other. The chicks will decide where they need to go between those options.

I did this after I took the pic that's funny you mentioned it thanks for the advice I appreciate it

I ended up with baby Phoenix chicks myself yesterday afternoon, about 6 of them, and this morning, some silver Seabright, and gold laced Wyandotte's. Good luck with your flock..
