Yay for Hubby, Yay for Me!

I've found that nearly constant mentionings of chickens, poultry, waterfowl, countless stacks of coop blueprints, poultry catalogs, "favorited" poultry websites and repetition of all things poultry, tends to break them down after two years.

I preferred to discuss it with him right about the time he was falling asleep...he always said "Okay Baby...whatever you want"

Yay!!!!!!!!!Good deal!

I may have to live vicariously through you as I have a back condition that isn't resolving as quickly as I would like it to!

I have been horse obsessed my entire life; chicken obessed only a little while, but am almost equally coop obsessed. (The chickens were a little easier to manage then the horses...tho I still work with them from the sidelines)

You may have to start a thread about your adventures in your spare time?!?
(I'll contribute to the tool belt bling fund happily!!!)

Lol, you got that right! Right before bed I'll ask or tell him something. He'll say "Whatever, I dont care." Then a couple weeks later when I have whatever it is I was talking about he'll say "why didnt you tell me about this?" Oh dont you remember baby, I told you about a week ago.

Im a huge animal lover and forever bring home stray kittens, cats and a dog every now and then. Its always easier to catch the kittens and cats than it is the dogs.

Here is to you being able to have as many coops as you wish and the ability to make them!

I got married when I was 42, I can't believe that my husband still thinks he can tell me what I can and can't do.

I was pretty much set in my ways before I married him.

It did take 2 years to get my chickens though. Now I have 56.

As far as power tools go, we had two of everything when we got married. 2 table saws, 2 miter saws, 2 drill presses, 2 routers (they were both mine) 2 scroll saws (both mine too) we both had pneumatic nailers, lucky for us, we only duplicated on the finish nailer.

You have to be careful, if you learn to do too much, they expect you to do it all. I have to fix the automatic gate opener, the blade on the snow shovel, and whatever else goes wrong. I'm realizing that playing dumb would have been the better way to go.
