I got married when I was 42, I can't believe that my husband still thinks he can tell me what I can and can't do.
I was pretty much set in my ways before I married him.
It did take 2 years to get my chickens though. Now I have 56.
As far as power tools go, we had two of everything when we got married. 2 table saws, 2 miter saws, 2 drill presses, 2 routers (they were both mine) 2 scroll saws (both mine too) we both had pneumatic nailers, lucky for us, we only duplicated on the finish nailer.
You have to be careful, if you learn to do too much, they expect you to do it all. I have to fix the automatic gate opener, the blade on the snow shovel, and whatever else goes wrong. I'm realizing that playing dumb would have been the better way to go.
