Yellow chest feathers?

Hi! At first I thought it might be molt, but then I googled the age a duck first molts and it said a duck could molt at 10 weeks, except she was only 8 at that time. Then as soon as those feather grew back, she immediately lost them again and doesn’t seem to be regrowing them this time.
I also noticed today that her cheeks have what look like yellow staining on them, near her bill area.
I’m a worry wart and it’s probably nothing, but also figure it’s better safe than sorry! Lol

Does she have bald patches where the feathers had gone? What is the protein content of the feed she's on?
It could be feather picking, or simply a messy moult, not sure what else it could be. I'd just keep an eye on it.

No bald patches, just the yellowing, but it’s not from picking because when she shakes herself out the feather come flying off. Must be a first moult? Or have you ever heard of any type of respiratory problem or parasite that could cause feather loss on the chest? So weird!
