Yellow runny poo?

My 16 week old hen has yellow runny poo. Not sure how to treat? Any advice would be very much appreciated.

Welcome to BYC. Can you post any pictures? You can always place the chicken in a crate with paper towels on the floor, to collect and compare some droppings for a few hours. If the chicken looks lethargic or weak, then coccidiosis should always be considered.
