There's one inside too but I can't get her to open her mouth
I've noticed she's been acting broody but she hasn't plucked her feathers?? She's been sitting in nesting box not laying and barely eating...

This may sound odd, but does it smell bad? Canker can cause yellow legions on and in the mouth, but I have heard that you will know it by its terrible smell.

No smell

That's a good sign. Does it come off when you gently touch it, or does it seem to be stuck?

I would try to wash it off with a wet wash cloth. It looks like dried chick feed. Take a picture with the beak open. Have you seen any fowl pox in your flock recently? Wet fowl pox and canker can look similar. Canker is treated with metronidazole 50 mg per pound daily for 5-7 days. But in such a small bird, be careful. For some graphic pictures of canker, look at this article:

It won't come off and the part sticking out on the right side is connected to a yellow lump on the inside

Can you get someone to hold her and open her beak so you can take an in-focus picture of the lump on the inside? She may not like it, but if they hold fast she should relax a bit so you can take it.

If it is canker it should smell bad. So I would continue to monitor her for that. Is she drinking and eating? Does she have anything blocking her throat or airway?

It's in the front of her beak so nothing blocking
She's been drinking a lot but today she barely ate
Completely stopped laying eggs no broody patch
