Yellow spots in and outside of beak??

Can you get someone to hold her and open her beak so you can take an in-focus picture of the lump on the inside? She may not like it, but if they hold fast she should relax a bit so you can take it.

I've been trying that
She shakes her head like crazy the moment anything touches her beak
Managed to sneak this picture, looks like her throat is clear

Vaccinated the flock for fowl pox today just in case

Please keep us posted on how she is doing. If you do see anything yellow inside her throat, be sure to remove it if it seems to be blocking her airway. It may take tweezers or a hemostat to accomplish that.
