Yet another pekin bumblefoot post..

If it were me, I'd soak the whole foot, apply neosporin, wrap and get a duck bootie to help her heal.
What does her leg look like? I'm just wondering if the infection is becoming worse. You might need actual antibiotics to treat this case.
Updated pics .. this is yesterday morning.. foot pad looks better but is there any more infection left to remove in it?

Toe isn’t a very hard crusty scab like the pad once was..

Can you pick at it the next time you soak it? See if the scab comes off. I wouldn't dig too much though.
