Sweet. I appreciate that. And a little good news this morning. A buddy of mine that retired not too long ago said he would help. He builds stuff all the time. In fact, it's his retirement job. He wants to prefab the 4 coop sections and then take them to my place and set them up, lag bolt them to the posts, and then put the roof over it. He said one day next week because he is busy filling orders this week. (he builds really nice tables for the Green Egg grills) AND he used to do fencing for a living and said we can do that next week as well. I really hope all this comes together.

Christy, are you wanting him specifically because of breed? Or do you just need a small rooster? I have a little golden colored one you can have. If you want pictures let me know. He also has an extra toe on each foot. I don't know if that's good or bad.

Just a random rooster or a Silver Grey Dorking? (They have a fifth toe)

I am looking specifically for the breed. I have plenty of roosters in the mix currently :-D

I guess he's just a mutt. He looks nothing like what you linked on CL. If ab still has the picture I texted her she can post it for you. I'm thinking of just releasing him to be free range. If he makes it he makes it.. if not.... well hawks need to eat, too.

The one I linked was a Welsummer.
