Anyone ever been to Coker's auctions in Cleveland? I just found out about them and wondered if that would be a good place to take my Silkie roosters.

I have heard of Coker's Auction but never been. I have some friends who go. Just be prepared to see them taunt fighting chickens some times. They do not fight them of course, nothing like that. It just may raise some questions to younger minds and what not. Also, the birds I have seen come from there seem to be sub standard to me but I am also a bit picky. That doesn't mean better birds don't go through there. My friends don't go that often.

I've been twice, decent birds sold there, some interesting folks, and always tons of chickens.

Thanks Y.H. and X2 for the feedback. Not sure that's how I want to sell my roosters. As annoying as they are, they are sweet boys and I want them to go to a good home. I'm wary of auctions. Maybe I'll go watch.

Any swaps going on in N. GA anytime in the near future??
