Took two of my chivks into the vet and he gave me some more stuff to give my chickens..."piperazine citrate powder" and "solvent vac.bt.bci serotype 1" seems like I got before but it was dark this one is milky colored.

For anyone interested and close enough, I just saw on fb the Elrod's in Dallas has EE! I was JUST wondering the other day how come I never hear of them getting chicks in.. don't know if I'm more impressed that they did, or that they're not calling them AM/Araucana!

I knew that they would be getting chicks around Easter ... didn't know that they still had any or that they were EE.

Since I am quite certain that many of you are on the edge of your seats, (clearly too worried to post) wondering if I lived through the night, well, I did. But barely. And as I lie here in bed in a weakened state, I have the unshakeable fear that GAM is going to be upset that her "accidental death" plan did not work so she will take drastic measures to finish the job. I'm not feeling good about the large butcher knife that was on my pillow this morning. But go about your days normally. Don't worry about me.

My only question is...

Hey carcar ... let me know if you find anybody locally that wants a place to set up more of their own bees. I'm allergic so I don't think it would be wise for me to try but I'd love to have them doing there thing at the farm ... and maybe getting a little honey here and there as "payment."
