YO GEORGIANS! :)

Just when I think it is time for Robo to move to the chicken coop he does something like this ...

Fed Ex was just here delivering a surprise.  Guess who now has a brand spankin' new GQF Sportsman 1502?

OMG, SHUT UP!

I'm sending all of my eggs your way, then!

Well, it happened again. Saw one of the renters looking at the chickens. So I went down to talk (I love talking about my chickens!) and one of the first things she asked was, "What's wrong with those few chickens? Do they have a disease?" LOL, she was asking about my Naked Neck (Turkens) chickens!!! I told her they were a breed of chicken that don't grow feathers on their necks. I'm not sure she believed me or not! LOL. I guess she is wondering why I would want such a type of chicken. Well, I love my Naked Necks! Especially my fizzled ones! And mine lay such nice blue or green eggs!

I WANT ONE!!!! I love that splash/frizzle/naked neck rooster. I have seen plenty of naked neck chickens, but this is my first time seeing a frizzle naked neck...WOW!

Hey y'all- Georgia is the chicken state, ok? In my country neighborhood, every family has a chicken house. Cecil, GA. Cook County.

I buy her a $700 incubator and I catch grief for asking for the book "Lone Survivor" for father's day. See the hell that is my life?

Roboduck have you looked online? Kindle often has them through Amazon and you can put them to laptops or tablets if you dont own a ereader. I loaded over 3000 free books b4 I moved here knowing books were scarce here in general. Im currently reading Game of Thrones series since we cant watch it here since I cannot get tv service.

Welcome!
I didn't realize until I started doing the mail route around here that apparently this area is the same way! But a lot of the houses are on odd-shaped properties, or heavily wooded, so you can't see everyone's chicken pens until you are AT their house, and hear the roosters crow! So I know the feeling!

I also found out that I deliver mail to one of the technicians who works at the Georgia Poultry Lab - the same one that took my five chicks in for a necropsy! Had no idea she was on my route.

So I'm agreeing with you now about Georgia being the chicken state! LOL!
