I'm going to the auction tonight and cell service is craptastic down in the boonies. Give me specs on the turkey hen you need for the alien. The last thing we need is for y'all to be hatchin' alienxduck babies!

our little girl is a silkie nut and i am firing up my new cabinet incubator today ... if you dont get other takers let me know. ;)
 
I do get private messages, Valleychicks, and can read them and respond. But I don't always know I have them. Not only is this not a smart phone, but it still runs on 2G/3G technology. And it doesn't instantly switch over to mobile websites in most cases, including BYC. So it will load the entire main website and I have to use an actual button to scroll down or sideways to see anything more than the BYC logo. Usually, I scroll sideways a bit, and then down until I get to the list of my subscribed threads. To see the private message notifications, I have to scroll much further than that. It only scrolls about one character per button press, plus each page takes between 5 and 15 minutes to load. So most times, I don't bother checking.

This is for @GAMarans and @ChickDancer : Ok. My daughter is going to candle some eggs tonight or tomorrow and check for fertility and how far the eggs are in growth. Is there a link or page on BYC that explains how to ship fertile eggs? We know nothing about how to pack and ship the eggs and at what stage of growth to ship them safely.

I'm trying to get my daughter to join BYC too. She is in Lincoln County GA.

Sally sunshine here on BYC has some great links and articles on shipping and receiving hatching eggs.
