YO GEORGIANS! :)

Okay. I have a silly question but I have to bc I have NO clue.

I'm thinking of getting a pair of d'Uccles. I'm poking around on a thread and see that people keep their littles in with their LF? Which is fine.. But in doing so, you CAN still be sure the tiny little eggs are pure, right?? I mean, I don't see a LF/d'Uccle breeding working out, on multiple levels.

It sure would be SWEET if that's the case!! I was thinking I'd have to have totally separate quarters. (Which would be okay but you know)

The saying, "you ain't dead til you're WARM and dead," comes to mind.

I wouldn't count on it. Those roosters find a way!

The chipmunk and rusty colored ones in the front are an AM and a RIR. The weather was NOT forecast to be this way when I placed the order! And since I didn't want to order more to meet the minimum in order for them to send replacements they just gave a refund, no problems. TSC chick days are in my future for the WL and RIR that didn't make it. Yall be easy mentioning interesting breeds cuz dh said I'm not getting 500 chickens again;-)
Where in the Appalachian Mountains are you? I've got a brooder full of RIR's, BO's and RSL's i have no interest in keeping. All are between 1-2 weeks old now.
