Here's a question:

Today is day 20 and 7 out of 8 eggs has hatched. The one remaining egg hasn't pipped externally but has pipped internally. Do I worry about it since it's not technically late?? Or since all the others are here IS it considered lagging?

What would you do if it were a human and not a chick? Everything has their own time!
